"Still Feels Good on Dyed Hair"
I have dyed hair, it still feels really good after using this. I’m not totally sure if it’s the main reason, but my hair feels soft and healthy, so I’m happy with it

"Hair still feels stronger"
I noticed it after a few washes. My hair just felt stronger. Less weak, less like it was going to break every time I brushed it. Nothing dramatic overnight, but still. It held up better than I expected.

"Decent experience, but a little slow"
I ordered from K18 Hair after a friend recommended it to me, and while the product I kept was fine, I ended up returning one item because it just wasn’t really for me. The return process wasn’t too difficult, but I did have to click around and read a bit before I figured out exactly what to do. My refund came through in the end, just slower than I expected. Customer service did get back to me, but not super quickly. Overall, not a bad experience, just kind of average and a little frustrating because of the waiting.

"Actually helped my breakage"
I’ve been using K18 for a few weeks now, i can tell my hair isn’t breaking nearly as much when I brush it. My ends still need a trim, I’m not saying it magically fixed everything, but it definitely doesn’t snap off like it used to. I’m happy with it and kind of wish I had tried it sooner...

"Arrived fine, just slower than expected"
My order showed up in good shape, and the product was packed well enough. I guess I just assumed the delivery would be quicker, and when the tracking barely updated, my brain went straight to wondering if it was stuck somewhere. Nothing was actually wrong when it arrived, but the waiting and lack of updates made it feel longer than it probably was.

I’ve definitely noticed my hair looks a lot better than before, which is a win. It’s still a bit frizzy, so I wouldn’t say it completely fixed the issue, but overall it’s much more manageable now and I’m happy with the improvement.

"Not the best fit for my fine hair"
Not gonna lie, I really wanted K18 to work for my bleached, fine wavy hair because it had been snapping a bit. It did make my hair feel a little stronger, but it also left it feeling kind of stiff and flat. My waves looked stringy, and I ended up needing extra conditioner afterward, which felt like it defeated the whole point since they say to skip conditioner. Maybe it’s better for thicker or more damaged hair, but for my fine hair it just wasn’t a great fit. For the price, I expected better results. Shipping was fine though.

"Pretty sure this saved my bleached ends"
My ends were feeling totally fried from bleaching, and I thought I might have to chop a lot of it off. After using this a few times, my hair feels a lot stronger and it’s snapping way less. I can’t prove it’s 100% because of this, but it definitely seems like it’s helping. It’s pricey, but for me it’s been worth it.

"I ended up liking this a lot…"
I ended up liking this a lot more than I expected. My curls can be kind of picky and sometimes products either weigh them down or don’t really do much at all, but this worked well for me. It helped my curls look more defined and feel softer without making them feel crunchy or heavy. I’ve only used it a few times so far, but overall I’m happy with how my hair turned out.

It took days just to get a reply, and after all that, my issue still isn’t really fixed. What made it even more frustrating was having to verify myself over and over again like we were starting from scratch each time. Disappointing experience overall.

After using it a few times, I do feel like my hair is slightly stronger, and there’s definitely less snapping when I brush it, which is a plus. That said, for the price, I expected more noticeable results. It’s not a bad product at all, just kind of okay for me, not amazing, but not disappointing either.

"Helped My Dry Ends"
My ends were getting dry from heat styling, and they felt a bit rough before. After using this a few times, they seem much less brittle and don’t snap as easily. It hasn’t totally fixed everything, but I’m definitely noticing a softer feel.

It works fine, I guess, but I just don’t love how it feels as a leave-in sometimes. My hair can end up feeling kind of sticky, which is a little annoying.

After a few uses, I did notice my hair looked a little shinier, so I’ll give it credit for that. But it didn’t really help with much else, which was disappointing for the price. I kind of feel like I expected more, and at this point an apology wouldn’t hurt

"Small bottle, but it actually lasts"
I was sorta surprised when I first saw the bottle because it looked small for the price. But you really only need a tiny bit each time, so it’s lasting longer than I expected. My hair does feel better after a few uses, not like a miracle fix or anything, but it definitely helps. I took off one star just because the size still feels a little stingy.

I know it’s only been one wash, so I’m not trying to act like my hair is suddenly perfect or anything, but it did feel better right away. I wasn’t expecting much that quickly, so I feel like it’s fair to say I’m impressed so far. Still need to use it a few more times, but the first try was better than I expected.
